2 N! X9 u7 s9 P+ w! D5 ~0 EPosition Summary: Assist HR manager to complete assignments in all aspects of HR functions, e.g. recruiting, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, training, employee activities, etc.2 j6 T0 D$ L: v6 T% [9 o8 g# f. V

Job Responsibilities:

 Employee database & employee personnel file maintenance. b. l2 `3 T5 p  q. ~0 i
 Responsible for the liaison with 3rd party vendor for benefits administration6 }" u# h" L+ g0 C7 k7 S
 Assisting HR manager with recruiting materials update3 ]/ s4 h0 y0 {1 q( M
 Coordinating with job candidates for interview arrangement
* _  v1 _& g  \8 E- A Facilitating in the new employees on boarding / exit procedure9 Z. d& @0 l; L! K4 X1 }! Y- e
 Assisting HR manager on various documents preparation and reports+ Z! g+ S- L$ K) a
